Jon brings 16 years of technology experience to Cover-4 Solutions where he manages business development and customer care efforts. In these roles, Jon’s goal is to get “hands-on” with our customers, to truly know their environments and achieve a trusted advisor status. Having worked in the channel for much of his career, he has seen both the good and bad in being a VAR/Partner. “Sadly, there are some partners that really don’t have a true interest in what they are selling and only concern themselves with pushing paper. So that’s a stigma that we frequently have to overcome from both the vendor and partner side of the equation. Where we thrive is rolling up our sleeves and truly partnering with our customers to provide real value. We want to understand their goals from the outset and develop a strategy to help them get to where they need to be. While some VAR’s are content to simply collect a PO and walk away until renewal time 12 months later….that’s just not who we are, nor the business that we want to build.”

Jon graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and where he played 5 years of football. In his free time he enjoys travel, running, snowboarding, golf and spending time with his family. He’s also been known to drink bottles of hot sauce for money.
